Super Bowl Foods ~ Gluten Free

I just wanted to share with you some of the tasty treats I made to satisfy my Gluten Free needs.  The first tasty treat is just simply some Chocolate Covered Strawberries.  I saw on an add for Sherri's Berries where they added football "laces" in chocolate to make them look like little footballs.  The leaves didn't hold up to well, note to self "go ahead and remove the leaves before taking pictures".  I am not the best Chocolatier but my guests were impressed, so the goal was achieved.  The taste was amazing.

The next little treat was some very yummy wine jello squares.  If i had taken more time I would've cut these out with some cookie cutters instead of cutting them by hand.  They were so tasty - everyone loved them.  I think next time I till double the batch or make them in a smaller pan so they are thicker.  These were made with 2 different types of Moscato and a dash of Chambord to give them a slightly pink color.  Nothing like an adult Jello Jiggler.

Last but certainly not least by any means: Cocoa Krispy Footballs.  Oh my goodness these were so good.  Partly because I found chocolate flavored marshmallows instead the regular marshmallows.  It made these treats just that match more delicious.  They were a huge favorite of the night. Plus I just used my leftover white chocolate from my strawberries.

I really need to learn how to take better pictures and hopefully that will come with time and experience.  Hey that will give me another excuse to make these again.  LOL.
